Local Youth Club Grant Scheme 2024
Kilkenny and Carlow Education and Training Board are now accepting applications for funding under the Local Youth Club Grant Scheme 2024, incorporating the National Quality Standards for Volunteer-led Youth Groups.
The primary focus of the scheme is to assist local voluntary youth clubs who offer a youth work response to young people. In addition, other clubs/groups that work with young people which are not specifically youth work are entitled to apply for funding under this scheme.
LYCGS funding is provided by the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, administered locally be ETBs and is part funded by proceeds of the National Lottery.
Please note that clubs/groups whose primary focus is sport are not eligible to receive funding under the LYCGS.
